The Whirlpool
Everybody into the swimming pool for this one! Everybody lines up making a single-file circle in the middle of the pool. Slowly begin walking for a minute or two, then jog another minute or two, then "run" around the edge for another couple of minutes. Before you know it, you’ll create a whirlpool in the water that will “carry” you around the pool. At this point, everybody stop, turn around and see if you can work back against the current!
